Window Tinting
Professional window tinting provides a cost-effective mix of comfort and utility, giving you enhanced privacy as well as protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays. It can also help energy costs and keep your vehicle cooler, blocking up to 71% of thermal energy. In fact, studies have shown that regular tint can cool a vehicle by up to 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit (8 degrees Celsius). At Platinum Tinting, we use high-quality Rayno Window Film and Global Window Films recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation for ultimate sun protection. This unique film also can also make any window stronger and more shatter-resistant whether installed in your vehicle, home, or business.

Choose from standard, carbon, or ceramic film to achieve the style and comfort you’re looking for, professionally installed by our highly experienced technicians and backed by warranty to ensure long-lasting results.
Automotive Tint FAQs

Can I wash my car after having my windows tinted?
Yes! Since our window tint is installed on the interior of the window, washing your vehicle will not cause any harm. It is recommended, however, to refrain from rolling down the window for 3-4 days after install.
Can I have tint installed over current tinting?
Yes! It is important to note that the end result will be darker than a typical window tint installation.
Will my window tint be state legal?
While we do advise to keep tint within the legal limit of your state, we can perform any level you want. If you are not sure what your state requires, call us for details.
Will window tint interrupt my technology?
If you decide to use standard window film, it is metalized and may interrupt cell phone reception, GPS functionality, or other electronics. Carbon or ceramic films will not have this same effect.
Commercial and Residential Window Tinting

Although window tint is a popular vehicle customization option, it can also be beneficial for your home or business. Just like in a vehicle, tint reduces exposure to harmful UVA and UVB rays, reducing fading and discoloration of interior surfaces and helping improve overall energy efficiency so you can stay comfortable year-round with lower energy bills. Rayno Window Film and Global Window Film also helps strengthen glass 20 times over, protecting windows from storm damage and other common hazards. Window tint in the home or office also helps reduce the harshness of bright sunlight so you can keep the curtains open and enjoy your view of the outdoors all day.
